1. Online shop
Items purchased on our website must be returned to our Dispatch Centre by tracked Mail service Only.
Only open Tuesday to Friday at moment for enquiries (Website & Shop enquiries.)
Saturday 10am - 4pm (Hull Shop enquiries ONLY.)

All our prices are quoted in Sterling inclusive of VAT when applicable; all orders must be paid by using
- Visa or Mastercard credit or debit card (we do not accept American Express)
In the event of price changes with our suppliers, we may find it necessary to adjust our prices accordingly without notice.
Prices will be honoured at the time of the order being placed and paid for.
Minimum order is £19.90.
4. Stocks & Availability
Available items : All displayed items, sizes and colours are available in the UK for next day delivery after selection, with the exception of if a "date for delivery" is specified this means the item selected in size, style or colour etc is only available in our France warehouse and at latest be delivered to you before that date. Un-selectable items in grey or unlisted items are not available in either locations.
However we reserve the right to discontinue any colour, size or item at anytime. Items with a quantity of 1 maybe sold prior to your ordering by other means, if that is the case a refund will be given as soon as possible during our working days.
Backorders : Every effort is made to ship complete orders. Sansha does not run a backorder system on our UK website, if an item is completely out of stock it will be displayed as such. We can only ship items when your order is complete and not before, unless you require only “in Stock” items to be shipped from UK, in this case we will refund the other non UK stocked items. If your require stock items to be sent and non stock items to be sent at a later date, then please make 2 orders seperately.
5. Exchanges and Returns
To guarantee customer satisfaction, we agree to exchange garments and shoes under the following UK online selling regulations and our specific term conditions:
- Items must be returned within 14 days from the date the customer receives the goods (Under UK Distance Selling Rules 2013) to Sansha UK Ltd 65-66 Park Street, Hull, East Yorkshire HU2 8TA for either an exchange or a refund. Any items sent back after this time will not be refunded unless faulty. A charge maybe applied for items posted back to the customer if not returnable or outside of the 14 days. All orders are double-checked, however if any picking errors occur please inform us within 48 hours from receipt of the order. Orders sent in our error will be fully refunded but Sansha and will be the final decision maker.
- Items returned must be sent and posted at the customers expense and MUST be sent by signed for post as we accept no responsibility for mislaid returned items.
- Items must be returned in perfect condition (unworn and unwashed).For hygienic reasons, leotards, biketards, unitards should always be tried with undergarments. All dirty items will be returned to the customer without notice and return postage charged to original order payment details.
- Items must be returned in original packing and with original tags and labels attached. Otherwise item 5.3 will apply.
- All tights, undergarments, books, DVD’s and CD’s, postal cards, special orders items cannot be returned and are considered as a final sale.
- This does not affect your statutory rights.
For a faster process of your return, enclose a copy of your invoice as well as the return form available on your online account. Goods can be returned within 14 working days from the date of receipt by the customer, however they have to be in new resaleable condition in the original packaging with tags still attached as in item 5.3 & 5.4 above. Under the UK trading standards you are entitled to change your mind and the postage charged on your original purchase (if any) will be refunded if you cancel your contract with Sansha within 14 days from receipt of goods. Return postage will not be refunded if a part order is returned. If not clear to the customer on any return issues please email to firstname.lastname@example.org prior to return to us. This is to avoid any non returnable items being sent back to Sansha or any charges made.
Please note - no postage is charged for a straight exchange on single items on original orders of £40 or more going to a UK mainland address (same style/quantity but in a different size or colour). A flat rate of £5.40 postage will be charged on all other exchanges and original orders under £39.99. We cannot add additional items to original orders. A new order MUST be placed.
Orders to off UK mainland destinations such as Jersey, Isle of Wight, Guernsey, Ireland & Scottish Isles postage is charged for all orders or exchanges.
Printed items may fade with repeated washing, no Sansha item is deemed colour fast. We recommend these items are washed by hand following the washing instructions. This does not affect your statutory rights. Some items have a security seal on them, so that customers can see if the colour is ok before opening the pack (Tights, Undergarments etc). If this seal is intact we will accept it as a return. If the seal on the item is broken or packaging damaged in any way it will be rejected for a refund or exchange.
We reserve the right to use your original card details to make a payment by debit or credit as per your return/exchange instructions and our terms. We will post back and charge postage on any items not authorised to be returned on *restricted items without notice.
Please Note - RETURNS CHARGES - Any restricted return item cannot be refunded unless an item is found to be faulty or unfit for purpose by our QC department (Please contact us first before returning any item for these reasons if unclear and our staff will explain).
Our definition of working days are Monday to Friday ONLY, (except where these days fall on a UK Public Holiday or when our Dispatch Centre is closed).
Please note we do not guarantee any delivery time or day and Sansha cannot be held responsible for late deliveries of our couriers. No refunds will be paid for late or lost deliveries. A tracking number may be given on request if needed. During Big Sale events, orders placed with reduced priced items or offers we do not guarantee Next Day delivery if ordered by 1pm due to the amount of orders we receive. Orders will be processed and sent in order of date paid asap.

* - Online/Return Rules do not apply to Click & Collect service. Items collected in store MUST be Returned in store. Changes cannot be made to these orders once the payment is completed.

8. How long will it take for my order to reach me ?
Subject to UK stock availabilty :-
For standard delivery we endeavour to dispatch parcels the same working day on orders placed and received by 13.00 after then the next working day. Please be aware that during UK Bank Holidays and Christmas/New Year Period, we only dispatch parcels on working days. We close on all UK Public Holidays & weekends. Please make sure someone is available at the delivery address to accept and sign for the delivery. Otherwise it will not be left and will be returned to us after 3 weeks. However our Couriers should leave a card if no one was able to take the delivery in.
Maximum time your order should get to you is 7-10 working days. Contact us if not received by the 10th day. As calling cards may not have been left or mislaid.
PLEASE NOTE - Working Days are Tuesday to Friday 10.30am to 13.00. Saturday, Sundays & Monday's are not included as working days.
Items ordered after 13:00 on Fridays will not be dispatched until the following Monday.
UK Mainland Standard Delivery to Channel Islands, Ireland, Scotland may take longer than stated.) All UK Shipments are sent Next working Day delivery by Royal Mail or by Parcel Force dependant on package size.
If you require any special instructions or questions at the time of your order please Telephone directly after placing your order, we can delay dispatch if required.
Deliveries (for all orders, UK mainland only) there is a postal fee charge of £5.40. Please note that this service is not guaranteed by Sansha.
All parcels will require a signature on delivery so we can trace them and insure them appropriately. Please make sure that someone will be at the delivery address otherwise the courier should leave a failed delivery card. After 7-14 days your item may be returned to us and another postage charge will apply. This is entirely at customers risk.
Teachers can access to their account at https://london.sansha.com/affiliates/account/login/ or register and apply for a membership. The teacher account number will be given after the receipt of a headed letter from your dance school, other proof maybe required. Once your application is approved (which may take few days) we will send you your login details by email.
To join our Dance Teachers programme, teachers have to be registered in a dance/theatre school. We reserve the right to decide if more information is needed on a case by case basis and to decline an application we cannot verify the authenticity of.
Discount cannot be combined with any other public offers. Discounts are calculated from our regular prices. Sansha UK cannot be held responsible for any loss of profits arising from this programme. This programme is not available to dance students. Orders can be placed online or by phone using your account details.
10. Defective items
We will exchange, or refund, any item that is considered defective/faulty by our Customer Service Department & Quality Control Department usually within *30 days in most cases. (*This maybe longer in busy periods of the year.)
Any faulty item must be returned to us within 6 months of purchase date for our consideration/investigation of being found faulty or not. A copy of the original invoice must be supplied as proof of purchase from our website other wise the claim will be rejected.
11. Products and pricing disclaimer
We reserve the right to change prices, descriptions, modify, or substitute products on our website without notice. If you do not require a replacement please leave a note with your order or contact us by telephone after placing the order.
12. Orders & Discount/Free item Errors.
Any errors on orders or offers will be corrected on final invoice and any adjustments or deletions will be done before dispatch without notice. Any payments owing the customer will be refunded as soon as possible, usually before dispatch of the order. Any free items or discount not entitled due to any type of error on the order will be adjusted at the choice of Sansha without notice. Although every effort is made to contact customer re orders of any type or error, we will only attempt once by email to contact. It will be the responsibility of the customer to follow up any enquiry if needed after that. We cannot guarantee delivery of emails to the customers regarding spam filters of the customers email account.
Free postage is not included with any promo code, or any other offer.
Sansha UK gathers certain personal data about its customers that it does not pass on to third parties. When an order is placed or new account is created, this database is updated. That data enables us to better services to our customers and maybe used to send customers offers etc. You may review, update, correct or delete the Personal information in your uk.sansha.com account by logging in to your account.
