2. Payment
Tariff 1 : orders between £0 to £80
Tariff + : orders over £80 All our prices are quoted in GBP Sterling inclusive of VAT when applicable, all order must be paid by using VISA/Mastercard Credit or Debit Cards.
Credit cards used for payment of goods MUST to be registered to the delivery address, otherwise payment will not be authorised.
Your Debit/Credit Card will not be charged until your order is dispatched.
In the event of price changes with our suppliers, we may find it necessary to adjust our prices accordingly without notice.
3. Minimum online order
There is no Minimum order for UK customers, excluding delivery fees. 4. Backorders
Every effort is made to dispatch your order complete. Unfortunately we cannot ensure that we have in stock all items although we do try our hardest. In the event we are temporarily sold out of an item you ordered, we reserve the right to cancel or replace it with an alternative product unless otherwise instructed. Any shortages of orders cannot be notified and must be checked by customer after order is placed by calling Telephone number 01482 228955.
5. Availability
All displayed items, sizes and colors are available immediately or within a few days. However we reserve the right to discontinue any color, size or item at anytime before any update to our website. 6. Exchange and Return (Restrictions on certain items PLEASE READ)
All returns:
* must be sent within 3 months to Sansha London 65-66 Park Street, Hull East Yorkshire HU2 8TA for either an exchange or a refund. All orders are double checked however if any picking errors occur please inform us within 48HR from receipt of the order. * must be sent postage paid. We recommend recorded post as we accept no responsibility for mislaid return parcels. * must be sent in new resaleable condition in the original packaging with tags still attached. * underwear including leotards cannot be returned for Health & Hygiene reasons. This does not affect your statutory rights. For a fast process, enclose a copy of your invoice as well as your instructions. Goods can be returned within 3 months from the delivery date, however they have to be in new resaleable condition in the original packaging with tags still attached. Under the UK trading standards you are entitled to change your mind but standard postage will not be refunded if you cancel your contract with Sansha within 7 days from receipt of goods. Cancellation of contract does not apply to partial orders being returned, and must be notified in writing or by email to londonorders@sansha.com. Please note no postage is charged for straight exchange on single items on original orders of £40 or more going to a UK address (same style/quantity but in a different size or colour). A flat rate of £3 postage will be charged on all other exchanges and original orders under £39.99, on orders going to a UK address. Exchanges with additional items/orders will be charged at the standard postage rate.
Orders to Jersey, Guernsey, Ireland & Scottish Isles postage is charged for all orders or exchanges. All tights, leotards, books, DVD’s, CD’s and special orders are a final sale. Printed items may fade with repeated washing. We recommend these items are washed by hand following the washing instructions. This does not affect your statutory rights.
*SALE ITEMS are NOT returnable. Sale is final. Only full price items can be returned, other than restricted items (underwear & leotards) No exceptions. We reserve the right to use your original card details to make a payment debit or credit as per your return/exchange instructions and our terms. We will post back and charge postage on any items not authorised to be returned on *restricted items without notice. Please use our return form for a fast process of your exchanges and refunds. We recommend recorded post as we accept no responsibility for mislaid return parcels.
7. Delivery Please note we do not guarantee delivery time and Sansha cannot be held responsible for late deliveries, and no refunds will be paid for late deliveries. A tracking number will be given on request if needed. A text can be sent containing delivery info if customer leaves a mobile number in contact information at time of order being placed. Also a text can be sent to show delivery within a 1 hour window on delivery day. The delivery address MUST be the registered address of the credit/debit card holder. We do NOT post to other addresses. A new delivery address or date can be organised after first delivery fail by the customer to the courier company, but not before.

How long will it take for my order to reach me ?
For standard delivery we endeavour to dispatch parcels the same working day or very next working day, please be aware that during UK Bank Holidays and Christmas we only dispatch parcels on working days. We close on all UK Public Holidays & weekends. If ordered by 13:00 we will try our best to get your order dispatched the same working day. If you order during a weekend using express delivery we will dispatch your order the following working day.
Below are estimated time scale for delivery including processing your order if in UK stock, you parcel may arrive sooner.Items ordered after 13:00 on Fridays will not be dispatched until the following Monday. UK Mainland Standard Delivery
Next Day delivery 1-3 working days * Excluding week-ends and bank holidays. Subject to stock availability. We cannot accept liability for late deliveries. No postage refunds for late deliveries.
* Deliveries (for all orders, UK mainland only) is a postal fee charge £4.95, or FREE for orders over £150. Please note that this service is non-guaranteed. Orders are dispatched the same day ( Monday to Friday ) if are placed before 13.00 on a working day. For all deliveries there is no dispatch or delivery over weekends, Bank Holidays and between Christmas and New Year. All parcels will require a signature on delivery so we can trace them and insure them appropriately. Please make sure that someone will be at the delivery address otherwise the courier should leave a failed delivery card. The courier will try to redeliver the next working day, after which the delivery will need to be collected from your local depot. After 7 days your item may be returned to us and another postage charge will apply. This is entirely at customers risk.
8. Defective Items
We will exchange, or refund, any item that is considered defective by our Customer Service Department. 9. Products and pricing disclaimer
